Low-Cost, easy to use event management software
We run an annual industry event that brings in experts from around North America and gives builders and architects an opportunity to earn learning credits by attending learning sessions. Eventleaf allowed us to standardize our name badges, create a check-in/check-out system for the entire event and for each of the learning sessions. This allowed us to track overall attendance to the event and also allowed us to create reporting on who attended which event and for how long, allowing us to give detail on which sessions they earned learning credit for.<br>Overall, Eventleaf is a low-cost, easy to setup and configure solution that a single person, with the right resources, can setup rapidly for an event.

conferences with academics, professionals, and other VIP attendees. Highlights include comprehensive features for posting supporting
materials for presentations and also features for polling attendees after the
event.

I chose the Eventleaf Onlineplatform as a "last-minute decision" because my event was very near after exploring 3-4 platforms. At the beginning, I chose Eventleaf Online because they accepted my client's very low budget. However, I was amazed of the ease of using the backend, I admired how immediately any changes are applied. For my future events, I think I will use Eventleaf Online. The mobile app is very easy to be used by the average jo. However, I think it needs to load faster than now. The waiting time would go lower. I am sure Eventleaf Online is one step closer to compete high level old platforms.

Small Company Big Demands
Launching a Software User Conference for our customers after missing the last two years. We are looking to increase attendees from 180 to 250. Our marketing department is half the size it was the last time we did this event. We needed a platform to support Registrations, Promotions and Attendee Experience.

We are an academic non-profit. We host an annual conference and fundraising events.
In 2020, we went virtual, and in 2021, we went hybrid. We wanted an app to help support our move into hybrid conferencing. However, other companies were charging unmanageable prices on top of an already pricey annual contract. Eventleaf offered this at a fraction of the cost.
For the past decade, we have also worked with a big-brand event management software company, and it was miserable--poor customer service and a non-intuitive, convoluted, difficult-to-manage interface. It was also costly. Eventleaf offered the same functionality (more!), a pain-free experience, and provided excellent customer service.

Easy to use event application with all the networking features
It is a easy to use platform. The product addresses the networking problems faced by the executives during online or in-person event. We are using it to engage our audience at the event. The networking feature in the app work very good. Handling back end of the event application is very easy.

Because our class size and structure flexes for the benefit of our participants, Eventleaf's customizable forms and ease of admin experience means these changes are easily compensated for. The downloadable app allows us to send notifications, updates, and materials straight to our participants.

User friendly and highly effective for the price point!
We are using Eventleaf for our first ever national conference. We are using the platform for event registration and information for participations. We needed a platform that could allow for different types of registrants, accept payment, provide well organized information about the event (without complicated web design or coding expertise needed) and an event app that allowed for push notifications and interactive features for attendees. <br>
- User friendly and clean interface when setting up an event

- We wish that the app could allow participants to build their own schedule of events
- We found the 6% charge for using their payment platform a little high

So far, I've used event leaf when planning an expo for my customers. The site page for registrations is exceptionally easy to set up and represents my brand well. All the registrants data flow seamlessly to the check in app at the event, where my customers use a kiosk to check in and get their name badges. I love the ease of automatic badge printing.

From the moment I created my account, I found the software easy to set up and use. I was totally stunned by how easy Eventleaf is to use. When I say there is no learning curve, I mean - none. From the overall setup of your event to tracking registrations and analyzing ticket sales; the system does it all. It is a total immediate solution for anyone who plans events large or small.

- If I could pick on one thing, while Eventleaf Online is hugely customizable, the tablet app doesn't let you change the desktop colors. I prefer a darker blend.

It has been a great experience using the Eventleaf Online management system (online as well as offline). I have mostly used it online. It’s very hard to find all the features in just in one management system which my organization is looking for. What I can say is that the Eventleaf Online team has designed each and every feature very carefully considering many of the drawbacks which other event management software products in the market have and they have done an amazing job with it. Being an IT company we have to handle several events each year and some of them are paid events. I liked this particular system as they also have the option to customize a badge design with barcodes, which can be scanned when the attendees check In. Eventleaf Online gives you all sort of reports and it has its own barcode reader app which can be used to run reports etc. I would highly recommend Eventleaf Online to everyone as it served my purpose no matter what the event was.
- Event Badges with barcode as when I run the report I know who attended and who did not.
- This system allows you to sell tickets to your event which is another plus as we do have events which are mostly required to sell tickets.
- We also have this feature where you can manage your contacts on most popular social networks and with just a few clicks you are done.
- This system allows you to manage everything in one platform, save time, and maintain all your events in one place with worrying about what you might have missed.

We are an Australian company and we have recently opened a branch in Dubai. I have been appointed to handle all of the sales and marketing and I am also given responsibility of managing marketing events. I was looking for a platform which would help me conquer this task and I didn't have much help. I read about Eventleaf Online and discovered that it is that all in one platform I had in mind. I created an account and with just few clicks I was done with publishing my first event. So far, I have used it for only two events and my boss is really amused and satisfied with the way I have handled these two events.
- It is all in one software, very simple, reliable, yet with all the tools you want in one place.
- It allows you to print event badges with bar-codes, sell tickets, register and check in attendees.
- If your company has contacts and followers on the social media network, this platform allows to keep them informed by giving you access to the most popular social networks at just a click.
- Its just simply the best software I have come across.
